When you log in with Google, we store your Google ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL. We also store which tier you have, your subscription status, the time of your last login, and a reference to your customer number at Stripe.
We never receive your Google password, and we never see your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
The information is used to give you access to the service you have paid for, and to contact you about your account. The legal basis for processing is performance of the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Data processors necessary for operations: Google (login), Stripe (payment), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). We never sell personal data.
Account data is deleted when you request it. Payment history is retained for as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires (five years).
You can request access, correction, deletion, or disclosure of your data by contacting andreas@playiq.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising. In addition, your bankroll and "My Bets" are stored locally in your own browser — they never leave your device.
