Bettriq is an analytics tool. We compare odds at soft books against Pinnacle's no-vig line and show where the market deviates. We are not a betting provider, we do not accept stakes, and we do not broker bets.
Positive expected value is a statistical property, not a promise. Historical CLV and backtests say nothing certain about future results. You are solely responsible for all bets you place, and for any losses. Only bet money you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old. The account is personal. Sharing your login, reselling, or automated extraction of data from the service (including the API endpoints) will result in suspension without refund.
The subscription runs until cancelled and renews automatically at the end of each period. Payment is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the account page; access lasts until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are stated inclusive of any applicable VAT.
By purchasing digital services, you consent to delivery starting immediately, and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived once access has been used, cf. Section 22(n) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).
The service is provided "as is." Data is sourced from third parties (including Sportmonks, Pinnacle, Betfair, and Kambi), and we cannot guarantee that odds are at all times correct, current, or available. We reserve the right to service interruptions and changes in functionality.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription over the past three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost bets.
